How I lead.

I lead by combining operational depth with a consultant's instinct for the client's real problem.

I started on the ledger — calculating NAVs by hand-checked process at State Street, then supervising fund accountants at Invesco — so the oversight frameworks I now design are built by someone who has sat in every seat they govern. That path, from fund accountant to Vice President, is the argument: controls designed by operators actually get used.

Today that means enterprise implementations at BNY, automation programs at Milestone Group, and a standing focus on the unglamorous work that decides whether teams move fast without breaking trust: clear communication, structured decisions, and honest numbers. Off the org chart, I've served on the executive committee of the Invesco Pan-Asian Professionals Network — because leadership is also who you build community for.
